Once again another rumor floats down the rumor river because someone sees a picture of a young guy with brown hair and a similar haircut to Justin Beiber. Do you really think The Beibster would be caught smoking crack/meth/weed outside on some street corner? Obviously he does stuff like that in the comfort of his glorious mansion, geez. Maybe you might like 'hittin tha streets' and firing up a big crack nugget in a dark alleyway with a homeless guy but don't be draggin' JB into this.
The bottom line is this. We are all trying to ride that wave of stardom and popularity he is on - myself because Google Keyword tool told me that search string up there gets like 6K hits a month and there is little competition for it. So yeah.

Thats not Justin Bieber, that is a boy that stars in a video ad from http://www.methproject.org/ads/tv/sister.html. The videos give young people reasons to not do meth and other drugs. If any one wants to check the video out, just go to the website. The videos are interesting but very graphic.

Uhh... that's a weed pipe. Crack pipes or meth pipes (ew) are usually clear. Its a spoon pipe with a really tiny bowl. Also, the guy in this photo looks more facially similar to Justin than by hair alone.
